This policy describes how free trials, refunds and cancellations work for CopierPilot subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Free trial
New customers may start a one-time free trial that includes 2 connected MT5 accounts for 3 days. No payment method is required to activate the trial. The trial automatically expires after 3 days; you will not be charged unless you explicitly start a paid subscription. The trial is limited to one per person and per organisation.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your first paid invoice. To request a refund, email support@copierpilot.com from the email address linked to your account, stating your account email and the reason for the refund (optional but helpful).
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Mollie within 5–10 business days. After 14 days, paid invoices are non-refundable except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
3. EU right of withdrawal
Consumers within the European Union have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the start of a digital service contract. By starting your paid subscription you expressly request that the Service is made available to you immediately, and you acknowledge that this can affect your right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed. Our 14-day money-back guarantee meets or exceeds this statutory right.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to the Service until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period beyond the 14-day money-back window.
5. Exceptions
Refunds are not provided for: (a) abusive or fraudulent use of the Service, (b) account terminations resulting from violations of our Terms, or (c) renewals beyond the first paid billing period covered by the money-back guarantee.
