These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CopierPilot (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
0. Who we are
The Service is operated by Demir Engineering, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 85986585, VAT number NL223717058B02, with registered office at Duifkruid 46, 4007 SX Tiel, the Netherlands. Contact: support@copierpilot.com.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to trade financial instruments in your jurisdiction. By using the Service you confirm you meet these requirements.
2. Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration data and for keeping your password confidential. You are liable for all activity under your account.
3. Service description
CopierPilot provides software that connects to your MetaTrader 5 accounts to monitor trades and replicate orders between accounts you own ("copy trading"). We do not act as a broker, asset manager or investment adviser, and we never take custody of your funds.
4. Not investment advice
Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, legal, tax or investment advice. All trading decisions are yours alone. See our Risk Disclaimer.
5. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent use of the Service.
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or attempts to bypass security.
- No use to harm other users or the Service infrastructure.
6. Subscriptions, free trial and payments
CopierPilot is offered as a monthly subscription, billed in advance. Pricing is shown on our Pricing page; all prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated, and VAT is added at checkout where applicable.
Free trial: new customers may activate a one-time free trial of 2 connected MT5 accounts for 3 days. No payment is required to start the trial. The trial automatically ends after 3 days and does not roll over into a paid subscription unless you explicitly start one.
14-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days after your first paid invoice by emailing support@copierpilot.com. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
Cancellation: you may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. Payments are processed by Mollie B.V.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or if required by law. You may delete your account at any time from settings.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that copy trading will be uninterrupted, error-free, or profitable.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CopierPilot will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including trading losses, missed profits, slippage, broker downtime, or data loss. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold CopierPilot harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be brought before the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes take effect 30 days after notice; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
